Yes, appointments are confirmed via text, email, or phone call, based upon the information you provide.
We allow a 10-minute grace period; if you arrive later than this, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. If this was a secured appointment, the deposit may be forfeited.
We require notification of cancellation 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.
We request that you notify the salon if you cannot make your appointment, otherwise, you may be subject to a pre-service deposit for future appointments.
New clients for chemical services, corrective-color clients, and clients who have not shown up for previous appointments will be asked to provide a 50% deposit to hold their appointment.
