General

Walk-ins are always welcome but may involve a wait. Appointments are highly
recommended to ensure you get your preferred time slot.

Consultations typically last approximately 5 minutes and are provided at no cost. If
discussing a color correction or special occasion service where more time is
required, a fee may be charged.

Scheduling

You can visit our LOCATIONS page for a list of our salon locations and phone
numbers if you wish to call or visit, or to book your appointment online.

Yes, appointments are confirmed via text, email, or phone call, based upon the
information you provide.

We allow a 10-minute grace period; if you arrive later than this, the appointment
may need to be rescheduled. If this was a secured appointment, the deposit may be
forfeited.

We require notification of cancellation 24-48 hours prior to the appointment.

We request that you notify the salon if you cannot make your appointment,
otherwise, you may be subject to a pre-service deposit for future appointments.

New clients for chemical services, corrective-color clients, and clients who have
not shown up for previous appointments will be asked to provide a 50% deposit to
hold their appointment.

Services

Yes! We are full-service hair salons offering cuts, blow-outs, conditioning
treatments, all color services including balayage and color correction, and texture
services. We also offer facial waxing, make-up, and tanning. Please visit our

Depending on the style, we recommend 4-6 weeks to keep the shape and maintain
the health of your hair.

Yes. Since color correction is a highly personalized service, a pre-service, detailed
consultation, a deposit, and a Release Form are required

The Release Form guarantees that both the client and the stylist agree to the
services to be provided, time allocated, and price estimation.

Balayage is a free-hand highlighting technique that provides more subtle results,
and a standard highlight service uses foils or a cap.

A glaze service is a glossy, translucent color service that can enhance and brighten
your color in between visits.

Yes! Bridal hair services are offered by appointment only for the bride and/or the
bridal party. A deposit will be necessary at the time of the consultation to secure the
appointment.

Post-Service

We use and offer for sale a variety of professional haircare products, ranging from
boutique brands to nationally-recognized brands, as well as our private label line.

also sign up for our email for the latest news, specials, and promotions.

Our stylists perform a post-service consultation and show you how to style your
hair for best effect and which products to use at home to maintain your look.
